Nutrition is Important sandwhich

Many of us forget that maintaining good nutrition plays a huge role in our overall wellness. It sometimes can be hard to eat well, but with a few small changes you can start feeling and being healthier. Just adding fruits and vegetables is already a great start.

World Sport Chicago Exercise and Staying Healthy: Eating Right
World Sport Chicago (WSC)seeks to give kids around the city the chance to pursue their athletic dreams. Being involved in Olympic, Paralympic and amateur sports, requires athletes of any age – young or old; kids, teenagers or adults – to exercise and stay healthy. As a result, we've put together a comprehensive, one-stop spot on the Internet that covers what anyone wishing to gain awareness of or learn how to participate in one or more sports while living in or around Chicago needs to know, including this special section on eating right.
